EC Commercial Loan

EC Commercial Loan is a product offered by Ocmulgee EMC and the National Rural Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC). Through EC Commercial, Ocmulgee is able to sponsor a competitive, easy-to-use equipment financing package to commercial accounts, both within and outside Ocmulgee's service territory. In addition, applicant's current electric service provider does not limit eligibility. EC Commercial is flexible. Within broad guidelines, equipment eligible to be financed under the program is defined by Ocmulgee EMC to best meet community needs. Ocmulgee has chosen a broad approach from equipment improvements that promote energy efficiency to financing equipment that improves productivity. It is up to you.

Importantly, EC Commercial carries no credit risk to Ocmulgee EMC. Loans are underwritten, funded and serviced by the First National Bank of New England CFNB, selected by CFC as partner for the EC Commercial program. FNB has been a nationally recognized small and medium sized business lender for over 40 years, and is a leader in small business lending. CFC has worked closely with FNB to develop this program expressly for Ocmulgee and other electric cooperatives and the valued customers they serve.
